Master Welcome

The new semester is always something special for Master students in Bonn. You can meet old and new friends, talk about the next interesting lecture you will attend together or about what brought you to Bonn. To get back some of this feeling in times of Corona, we have created a Discord server for all Master students of mathematics in Bonn (see link below), where we will organize online events during the Corona pandemic.
The first event is called Master Welcome and starts this Monday, April 6th 2020, at 18:00. This event is designed for the new Master students to get to know each other. However, all other Master students are cordially invited, as contacts across semesters are very important, especially in the Master's program.
During the Master Welcome we will do something similar to speed dating and play some online games.
To participate, you just have to create a Discord account and join our server (Link: https://discord.gg/GuQPUA ). (This link will expire after one day, posted 06.04., 8:00 o'clock.)
You will get all further information from us at the beginning of the event on Discord.
For administrative reasons it would be great if you joined the server before 17:45.
