Summer, sunshine, summer party!

This year's Mathematics Summer Party is coming up soon. So mark your calendars for Friday, June 25, starting at 18 c.t. and keep the drinks cold! For those of you who don't know the Summer Party yet (sh** C*****), a quick overview:

The Summer Party is THE event of the year, where all members of Mathematics in Bonn get together on the meadow behind the MZ. Cold drinks, a colorful buffet and the smell of burnt grilled meat (grilled cheese can be burnt just as well) – is there a better setting to have a cozy chat? Zoom, perhaps? Correct, that's why we will meet online this year. Thereby everyone's grilled meat is what you make of it. :)

In order for also the students among you to actually pay attention in an online meeting once, we have prepared a special program, it will be phenomenal!

Of course, the social exchange is the main focus of the Summer Party, so we will start at 18 c.t. with a get-to-know-you game on Zoom. The second program item will be a quiz in three very different rounds, which we will play in random teams. After that, we'll switch mediums to a more sophisticated alternative for relaxed small group conversations. Open end.
