Workshop: Diversity in Tutorials

In tutorials, tensions and situations might arise that can overwhelm you as a tutor. Do you ask yourself how you can create a pleasant learning atmosphere for all participants in your tutorial? How can you take away insecurities, avoid unpleasant incidents and prevent discrimination? What should you do if someone complains about inappropriate behavior?

We want to get to the bottom of these questions together in this workshop. We will think about how to react appropriately to certain situations and talk about tactics to create an open atmosphere in the tutorial right from the start. We will meet on 27.04 from 12:15 to 13:15 in room 2.040 in the mathematics center. Everyone who holds a tutorial or a help desk is invited to participate. The workshop will be held in German and there will be cookies for all participants.
